Q: How is My glass shipped?
A: All glass products are shipped via UPS Ground. Other methods are available, contact us for more info. All of our products are properly wrapped in cardboard boxes with injected foam.
 
Q: How do I maintain My glass products?
A: These instructions come with the installation instructions
 
Q: How long does it take to receive the products?
A: Single pane glass -  5-10 working days
     Leaded glass        10-15 working days
     Glass shelves         5-10 working days
     Wood mullions      10-15 working days
     Beveled glass        15-20 working days
 
Q: What do I do in case of damaged products?
A: You must save all of the box contents in order for UPS to send someone to inspect the damaged claim. Instructions will come on Box label. After carefull inspection we will send replacements.
 
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Yes, only to Canada, contact us for pricing.
